Attendance at Board of Handicapper’s meetings is limited to handicapper board members and PHRF Executive committee members. Attendance at Board of Handicapper meetings by others is by invitation only (contact the Chief Handicapper in your area). If you are requesting a new rating, or planning an appeal of your rating, please ensure that your Area Handicapper has the required documents before the next scheduled meeting. The Annual Meeting of the Board of Delegates is open to all members, providing they contact the Executive Secretary (410-414-3270) at least one week prior to the meeting. This schedule is subject to change throughout the year. |
