PHRF application/renewal requests will not be processed without payment, and the completed application or renewal form returned to the PHRF address above. Review the category(s) below to determine your required fee(s) and click on the PayPal buttons for secure credit card payment. Ensure you indicate the boat name(s), sail number(s) together with which categories (new rating, renewal, valid list subscription, etc.) you are paying the fees when checking out with PayPal.

3. Associate PHRF Membership (No Valid Certificate, $15).
