The PHRF Minimum Equipment and Accommodations Standards Certificate must be reviewed, completed, and signed BEFORE checking off the Equipment Category (4P, 5P or 6P) on the PHRF application form. After completing the Minimum Equipment and Accommodations Standards Certificate, you must keep it on the boat at all times while sailing under PHRF rules.
