Clubs with five (5) or more current year PHRF members are eligible to appoint a delegate to PHRF.  Delegates must be members of the club they represent, as well as a current year member of PHRF of the Chesapeake.  Clubs not listed do not currently have five members in the current year.   Members of unlisted clubs and unaffiliated members are represented by the PHRF Vice Presidents for either region I, II, and III, or region IV.   Any club that is eligible to have a delegate, but has the delegate listed as "Vacant" has not had a delegate assigned from the list of current PHRF members by that clubs administration as of the date above.   Contact the PHRF office at 410-414-3270.
